Hi, I am Mariana! I am Portuguese, live in Rotterdam for more than 10 years now and work as a photographer.

There is something magic about photography!

When I was younger I used to play with the family´s old AGFA Camera and the disposable flashes, everything was fascinating. At 18 I recorded my first wedding with a 8mm camcorder bought with my first salary as a waitress and with a little help from my brother.

 I was lucky enough to go to a high school where the students had the freedom to use and experiment with the school´s photo cameras, video cameras and the editing equipment. I learned a lot at that time.

 When I moved to Rotterdam, a friend saw my work and asked me if I could help her building her business and so my interest in product photography began.

Through the years my hobby became more than a job, it became a mission and a joy.

Today both (photography and videography) are still magic. It is special capturing the inner beauty in a photo and making someone felling special through photography.

I am fluent in English, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish.
